HBR's 40th Anniversary

2023 marks the 40th Anniversary of the Hawaii Business Roundtable!

We sincerely thank our members and guests for joining us in celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Hawai‘i Business Roundtable. Your presence and participation made it a truly remarkable occasion.  We are honored to be surrounded by such exceptional leaders who not only resonate with our vision but also wholeheartedly support our mission.

The achievements of the HBR over the past four decades have been possible thanks to your unwavering support, and we look forward to continuing this journey together.

HBR Chair Mark Fukunaga presents a donation on behalf of HBR to Diane Peters-Nguyen, Regional CEO of the American Red Cross Pacific Islands Region.

During the anniversary event, the HBR made a donation to the Hawaii Red Cross to assist in the relief efforts for those affected by the devastating Maui wildfires. We hope that this donation will provide comfort and aid during this difficult time, and we encourage others to join us in supporting relief efforts wherever possible. Our thoughts are with all those impacted by this tragic event.

Additionally, we want to thank each person who contributed to our time capsule. Your contributions will help future generations understand the life and times of our era. Our time capsule will capture a snapshot of our society, and your item adds another layer to this valuable record. Your willingness to take part in this project demonstrates your commitment to preserving history and upholding our cultural heritage.
